Join us in person in Houston Hall on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus to hear from a panel of leaders from the Delaware River Basin and beyond as they discuss areas of cooperation within their basins and how their stories can inform successful transboundary water management.

The audience will hear presentations from leaders in the Delaware River Basin, the Colorado River Basin, and global river basin to be determined, followed by a panel discussion between leaders with the opportunity for audience questions.

Invited speakers include Steve Tambini,  Executive Director of the Delaware River Basin; Adel Hagekhalil, General Manager and Chief Executive Officer for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California;  Rohit Aggarwala, Chief Climate Officer of New York City; Shawn LaTourette, Commissioner of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection; and Howard Neukrug, Executive Director of the Water Center at Penn, with more speakers to be announced.
